Tsja, het kan gebeuren dat je een keer een bekeuring ontvangt. En deze komt voor jouw rekening. We sturen je onze boete factuur en je ontvangt de originele boete. Je dient de Carsub factuur te voldoen en niet de originele boete, deze is namelijk al betaald. Op onze factuur staat staat alle informatie die je nodig hebt. Vanwege extra werkzaamheden rekenen wij wel €25,-. Je betaalt dus je boete en €25,- administratie kosten.
Ik wil bezwaar maken. Hoe doe ik dat?
Op de originele boete staat omgeschreven hoe je bezwaar maakt. Aangezien Carsub de boete direct na ontvangst betaald aan de desbetreffende instantie, dien jij de factuur die Carsub heeft gestuurd te voldoen. Je stuurt Carsub een afschrift van je bezwaar en daarna ook de ontvangst van de instantie. Zodra je bezwaar is goedgekeurd zal Carsub het geld retour ontvangen en deze weer naar jou vergoeden.
Nee, helaas leveren wij geen winterbanden. Vanwege onze kortlopende (en flexibele) abonnement leveren wij wat onze autopartners aanbieden. Dit zijn standaard zomerbanden of all-season banden. Uit ervaring, is het helaas praktisch en financieel, niet mogelijk om winterbanden voor een 1, 6 of 12 maanden op onze abonnement auto’s te plaatsen. Je kan het beste, snelste en goedkoopste, zelf winterbanden huren bij bijv. Profile/ Kwik-Fit of andere bandenleverancier voor de periode dat je ze nodig hebt.
Unfortunately, choosing a color is not possible. We work with many car partners (car companies and importers) and they deliver based on availability. After your acceptance, they will select an available car and reserve it for you until you pay. We also offer (short-term) subscriptions and you cannot assemble your car like leasing. You can always indicate your preference, but we cannot guarantee color. We mainly work with black, white, blue and grey.
That's all up to you! Our website lists the monthly subscription costs per car. So you can choose the car and the monthly price that suits your lifestyle and budget. However, we do charge a one-off registration fee of € 179. These cover the costs of preparing your car, creating your customer profile, verifying your identity and financial details, among other things, and being able to continue providing our service. If you stop or pause your subscription and don't drive a car with our car subscription for at least 90 days, you'll need to register again and pay a registration fee again. This is because, among other things, we need to check your creditworthiness again. In addition, when you first pay your subscription, we charge a one-month deposit for your chosen car, with a minimum of € 500, -. After the surrender or termination of your car subscription agreement, the deposit will be refunded or settled against any outstanding items such as, but not limited to, fines and damages.
With a Carsub subscription, you get a new or young used dealer maintained car including the necessary maintenance and repair, tires (summer tires or all-weather), insurance, registration, depreciation, VAT, road tax, roadside assistance and 1,250 free kilometers per month.
Due to insurance, your solvency and anticipation against possible misuse of our services, we carry out an accurate identity and credit check to minimize the risks of abuse. Based on your complete registration information, we can perform an identity and creditworthiness check. The credit check is performed only once during the first booking. We ask for your understanding.
Anyone who is at least 24 years old and has had their driver's license for at least 2 years with a place of residence in the Netherlands can subscribe to Carsub cars. Possession of a valid car license and Dutch ID, of an ID from an EU country is required. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a Carsub subscription to people with a negative credit check (after BKR and credit reporting agency). In addition, our car partner performs an additional acceptance check. Carsub and its car partner reserve the right to refuse a customer request with and without an acceptance check at any time. In addition to the driver (subscriber), a (free) second driver can use the Carsub car. Both drivers must be at least 24 years old and have a valid driving license from an EU country for 2 years. People who are not registered with us are not allowed to drive your car.
Do you have Netflix, Spotify, or a mobile phone? Then you are already using subscription services. With a car subscription, you pay a recurring (monthly) fee to drive a car, instead of buying a car with your savings or through financing or leasing. So no long-term contracts, installments, residual amounts or fines in case of (early) termination. A subscription removes the hassle of owning a car, because everything is included (including insurance, maintenance, repairs and taxes). You're 100% flexible to start, change, or stop whenever you want. It also allows you to switch between different cars to suit your lifestyle.
